CourierVerse is a gamified fitness app. Complete virtual deliveries by running to real-world locations, earn coins, and collect characters. All deliveries, packages, and characters are entirely virtual.

• An account is required to use the App
• You are responsible for your credentials
• Provide accurate information; minimum age 13

• Coins and Carviis have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money
• We may modify the virtual economy at any time

• GPS access is required for the App to function
• You are solely responsible for your safety while running
• Be aware of surroundings; obey traffic laws
• Do not use while driving or trespass on private property
• We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Manipulate GPS data or game mechanics
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Disrupt servers or create multiple accounts

All content (characters, artwork, design) is owned by us. "CourierVerse" and all character names are our intellectual property.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
